99 Days Return

What is the Return Policy?
Your order comes with 99 days full refund policy at ZULRE.com. Once you receive the order and if you are not happy with it, for any reason, please just contact our friendly customer service team via email with your order number and just let us know that you want to return the order back.
We will get in touch with you very shortly with Return Authorization Number and that is it. Please ship the order back to us and we will process your full refund within 2 business days, of us receiving the order back.


How is the money refunded?
The money is refunded the same way it is paid for. Therefore if you paid via credit card, then it will go back to the same credit card. If you paid via paypal, then it will go back to you via paypal. Please note that we cannot change the way the money is refunded back. It will essentially be reversed back, therefore go back to you the same way, the order was paid for. This cannot be changed.


What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We pride ourselves in hand making a perfect Jewelry piece for you. In the very rare situation if you receive a damaged or wrong product, please just contact us via email and kindly let us know, if you would prefer to get the correct order, or return the order back for full refund, and we will do the same.


How long it takes to get the money back?
Once the refund is processed back to you, we will send you an email confirmation for the same. Please note that for credit card transactions it will take between 2 to 4 business days for the money to be back in your account. For paypal transactions, the refund is instant.


Is it "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" Refund policy?
We are not happy until you are. We hope that you will be satisfied with your order once you receive it. However we do understand that many times it is not easy making a Jewelry purchase by only looking at Jewelry pictures. That is we our refund policy is “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” for FULL Refund for 99 days, starting the day the order is delivered to you.
